Privacy Guarantee
Just Cause Airsoft collect the minimum amount of information about you that is commensurate with providing you with a satisfactory service. This Policy indicates the type of processes that may result in data being collected about you. Your use of this website gives us the right to collect that information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Information Collected
We may collect any or all of the information that you give us depending on the type of transaction you enter into, including your name, address, telephone number, fax number and email address, together with data about your use of the website. Other information that may be needed from time to time to process a request may also be collected as indicated on the website.
Data in relation to credit card payments is processed by secure payment gateway providers and PayPal on a secure website linked to ours and they have their own privacy policy.
We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss occurring from the communication of personal information by e-mail or post.
Disclosing Information
We do not disclose any personal information obtained about you from this website to third parties except when we need to do so in order to complete the transaction – e.g. when arranging for a courier company to deliver goods that you have ordered. We may also use the information to keep in contact with you and inform you of developments associated with our business. You will be given the opportunity to remove yourself from any mailing list or similar device. If at any time in the future we should wish to disclose information collected on this website to any third party, it would only be with your knowledge and consent.

Payment for Goods
We can accept payment by credit or debit card online via paypal’s secure transaction system. When paying by credit card goods will only be delivered to the card holder’s address. If you have incorrectly placed an order then please contact us immediately on 07810 504984 and ask for our Web Sales department. All goods remain the property of Just Cause Airsoft until payment is received in full.
Supply of Goods
Pricing and goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods as ordered by you, the customer, we will not make a charge or we will refund monies if a payment has been processed. We do not accept any liability for losses suffered if we are unable to supply the goods. We reserve the right not to supply goods and services to any individual or company.
When purchasing bladed items you must be over 18 years of age, verify this by selecting the check box on the ad page also proof of age may be uploaded via a file, you will be contacted to verify your details.
Delivery of Goods.
Goods will be dispatched as soon as possible after your order has been received. We endeavour to fulfil all orders within 7 days however we will not be held liable if the order takes longer than this to fulfil. If speed of delivery is an important issue then you are advised to contact us first before placing the order. If we anticipate that we are not able to fulfil your order within 7 days then we will contact you on the telephone number you have given us.
PLEASE NOTE: Any goods missing or received damaged must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt. If you receive any goods damaged or there is anything missing, please email sales@justcauseairsoft.co.uk immediately or call 07810 504984 and ask to speak to the web sales team. Please keep any damaged packaging as we may need to have it examined. If you do not notify us of any items missing or damaged within this time, we will not be liable for goods claimed to be damaged on receipt.
Should you have a valid claim by law against Just Cause Airsoft on no account can this exceed the value of the goods supplied. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. These Terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under UK and European Law.
Please do not ask us to mark customs declarations as gifts.
If the goods fail to arrive within 16 days Royal Mail will be notified & steps will be taken by Royal Mail to investigate the loss of the goods, at this stage a refund will be offered or exchange if stock of item is available.
We cannot guarantee delivery times or be held responsible for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control such as, strikes and other industrial action, systems or network failure, fire, flood, explosion or accident. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Proof of posting is obtained on all items dispatched from us.
Please note that the p&p charge is not just the cost of the postage but includes shipping, handling & packaging costs, we endeavour to keep these at a minimum.
Grading Policy
Surplus clothing and accessories sold by us are in used condition unless otherwise stated. Photos will be of a “library” type for general description of everyday items, but for special one off items the photo will be of the actual item described. If you require more information on an item please do not hesitate to contact us & we will endeavour to answer your question.
All DPM is faded to different degrees so it is very difficult to match items on multiple sales.
Grades
New – New condition unused,(not always in packaging or with tags).
Super Grade – Unissued/Issued items that are in almost or as new condition.
Grade 1 – Issued used items in good serviceable condition, some fading may be present.
Grade 2 – Issued used items showing much more signs of wear, tear & fading & there will be some damage, bits missing, stains.
Original Condition – damaged items as they arrive from MOD, these will require repair.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Just Cause Airsoft offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all our items that are UNUSED and in their original packaging for new items & in a resalable condition for used items.
There will be a 15% restocking fee on unwanted items, this will not be charged if items are replaced for other items.
If you wish to return any item(s) please contact us by using the returns form on the website. We advise that all returned items should to be sent by recorded delivery(insured if over £30.00) as Just Cause Airsoft will not be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
All refunds are at our discretion and will only be issued once we have received the returned item(s) and are satisfied that they are in unused or resalable condition.
Refunds do not include your return postage cost.
If you receive an item from us that you believe to be faulty, you must contact us first to establish the nature of the fault within 3 days of receipt. If you need to return the item you must again use the returns form & include your name and address and a brief description of the fault.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Use of Cookies
We use “cookies” to store your basket contents and recently viewed item details while you are using the site. These are stored temporarily by your browser and will clear shortly after you exit the website. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998).
Children
As a responsible retailer, we are aware that minors can incorrectly use some products. We do not knowingly sell to children. Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over.

Use of the Just Cause Airsoft logo or any other logos or product information without permission is strictly prohibited. All content on this site is the property of Sierra Alpha Supplies & or our suppliers and may not be used, reproduced or displayed without permission. This includes the text, images, videos, graphics and logos. All other brand names, logos and trademarks are property of their respective owners.
Errors and or Omissions
Just Cause Airsoft make every effort to ensure that the information we supply on our site is accurate and up to date. Errors brought to our attention will be quickly rectified. If you find an error please let us know by using our Contact page.
